## Tour Program

### Day 1 / 25 November 2026: Ankara – Dubai

At the Esenboğa Airport International Departures Terminal, we meet at the FlyDubai Airlines counter 20 minutes before departure to complete our check-in procedures. After passport and customs formalities, we depart for Dubai on Flydubai Airlines flight FZ758 at 03:20. We arrive in Dubai at 08:20 local time. Following passport procedures, we set off with our waiting vehicle to begin our panoramic city tour. Before the tour, we stop at a location for an optional breakfast. After breakfast, we first proceed along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai’s busiest and most grand avenue, where we will enjoy panoramic views of the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping malls, and Medinat Souk. Next, we continue to Jumeirah Beach. Here, during our photo stop, we will see the world-famous one-of-a-kind 7-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. Afterwards, our tour continues by vehicle to Dubai Marina. After a short free time in Dubai Marina, which features approximately 7 km of walkways surrounded by restaurants and cafés, we head towards the hotels and complete our check-in procedures according to hotel check-in times. Guests who wish may join an additional evening ‘Dhow Cruise Dinner Tour with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour’. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

We begin the tour by boarding the Dhow boat at the marina for our dinner. As our boat cruises within the marina, we enjoy an open buffet dinner while taking in the magnificent views of Dubai Marina and the Dubai Eye. After the boat tour, we proceed to Souk Al Bahar, located right next to Dubai Mall, one of the world’s largest shopping centers, situated in the shadow of the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa. This authentic market blends historical charm with luxurious splendor, offering a pleasant stroll reflecting Arab culture. After the tour, guests who wish may spend their free time at Dubai Mall for shopping or relaxing at cafés and restaurants.

### Day 2 / November 26, 2026: Dubai

Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the extra tours: ‘Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour’ and ‘Dubai Desert Safari with Dinner’. Overnight at our hotel.

In Dubai Miracle Garden, the world’s largest natural flower garden, you are welcomed into a world full of flowers. Within the 72,000 square meter park, famous buildings and structures transformed entirely into colorful flower displays line the area. Walk along the heart-shaped path or wander among leafy castles, illuminated night views, and life-sized houses. Immerse yourself in this place filled with over 150 million blooming flowers, featuring numerous attractions and a wide variety of interesting arrangements. Also within the same tour, as you stroll through the narrow streets, stone houses, and old markets of Al Bastakiya, you will enjoy an atmosphere steeped in history and architectural beauty. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to see the famous old Starbucks and take unique photos. Many traditional homes in the area have been restored and offer visitors a chance to experience the traditional Arab way of life. Al Bastakiya also hosts various venues such as art galleries, cafés, and craft shops.

Picked up in 4x4 vehicles, you can create unforgettable moments in the desert and watch the sunset. After the fun and thrilling ride across the red sands, we arrive at a Bedouin camp located in the middle of the desert. Here, we enjoy dinner accompanied by beautiful shows and belly dancing performances. There is also the option to ride camels. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are included free of charge as part of the tour services. After the meal and shows, the tour concludes, and we return to our hotel via our private 4x4 vehicles.

### Day 3 / November 27, 2026: Dubai – Tarkan Concert

After breakfast, free time. We meet at the time set by our guide for the transfer to Megastar Tarkan Concert held at Abu Dhabi Ethiad Arena’ and head towards Abu Dhabi with our private vehicles. After this enjoyable journey lasting 1.5 hours, we arrive at Etihad Arena, one of Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious event venues. With our guide, we enter the arena and experience an unforgettable night in the section reserved for us, where Turkish music’s megastar Tarkan performs on a world-class stage with special production. After the concert, we transfer back to our hotels in Dubai.

### Day 4 / November 28, 2026: Dubai - Ankara

In the morning, after breakfast, we have free time and proceed with check-out procedures from our rooms. (The latest check-out time and key handover at hotels is 12:00). Guests who wish may join the additional ‘Sky View, The View at the Palm Tour’. At the time determined by your tour leader, the journey to the airport begins. After ticket and customs procedures, our FlyDubai Airlines flight FZ757 departs at 22:45 to Ankara. Our arrival time is 02:20.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- To benefit from the Advantageous Travel package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.

- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of participation below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.

- In cases where the tour program only states the category information without naming the hotel(s) and/or where there are options for the same destination, your agency will be notified 48 hours before the tour departure.

- Our programs include a guide meeting at the arrival area; the guidance service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guidance service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.

- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.

- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of at most 2-3 hours organized for the general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, not including museum or archaeological site entrances.

- The Operator is not responsible for the cancellation of panoramic tours and other tours stated in the program if the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, if roads on the route are closed due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

- The tour program stated at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general conditions and obligations below. The Operator is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of this information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.

- Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passport if its issue date is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger; the Operator cannot assume any responsibility.

- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, the said passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.

- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle arising is the responsibility of the guests.

- The Operator acts as an intermediary between the Passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; the Operator has no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. The Operator only undertakes the role of an intermediary agency. In personal visa applications, the Operator has no sanctions or responsibility. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.

- When the Operator applies for a visa as an intermediary between the Passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or any situation that may prevent the flight.

- The documents required by passengers applying for their own visa (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally take 1 business day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for possible problems.

- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, no refund of the visa fee and service fee will be made. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa department, and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the remaining amount, excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, after presenting their passport showing that the visa was not used within 1 week at the latest from the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa by their own means and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. Changes in aircraft type and time are possible, and similar other hotels may be provided since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. These situations are communicated at the time of contract and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.

- Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In triple rooms, an extra bed is applied, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have a suitable room for this, a block may be placed by the hotel depending on availability.

- Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.

- The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.

- During reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as written in the passport to be traveled with must be reported and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellations or changes of airline tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.

- Whether purchased from the Operator or not, our guests are obliged to have international travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering such a penalty for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility belongs to our guests.

- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering or exiting certain countries may result in inability to obtain a visa for another country or inability to enter through a border gate. As this is beyond the Operator's control, the parties accept that the Operator has no responsibility in such a case.

- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours carried out on the route in order to provide economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. Upon completion of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.

- Panoramic city tours are tours organized to introduce cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days without changing their content, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, the Operator is obliged to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved, extra tours may not take place or prices may change.

- Tours or excursions that are not permitted to be visited or gone to by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. The Operator cannot be held responsible for these tours not taking place.

- Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be forfeited. In such a case, the rules of the airline apply.

- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by individuals. In case the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket (round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous clause) at their own expense. Additionally, due to missing the group's outbound journey, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the relevant city/country on a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.

- Guests who wish to upgrade their airline tickets with miles may perform upgrade procedures only after tickets are issued and if availability exists on the relevant airline flight. Since the seats in our programs are from the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and upgrade the ticket from group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. In this case, the resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.

- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls.

- When leaving transportation vehicles used or hotels stayed at during your trip, even briefly or permanently, please make sure you have taken all your belongings.

- The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown, without disrupting the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.

- The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names provided the category remains the same.

- The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.

- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent letter from their father, if traveling with their father from their mother, and if traveling with a third person, from both their mother and father. The Operator cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to lack of a consent letter.

- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
