The concert ticket included in the package is in the Diamond area, with assigned seating.

Infants aged 0-2 are not eligible to attend.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the Advantageous Travel package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the schedule of extra tours on condition that the content remains the same.
• In cases where the tour program only states the category without naming the hotel(s) and/or there are options for the same destination, your agency will notify you of the hotel(s) 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Our programs include a greeting by the guide at the arrival area; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, the guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of at most 2-3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities, conducted panoramically from within the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. 
• The Operator is not responsible for the cancellation of panoramic tours and other tours stated in the program if, on the day and time of the tour, places to be visited are closed by local authorities, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

GENERAL TERMS

• It is mandatory that the tour program stated at the time of reservation and the general terms and obligations below are communicated to guests. The Operator is not responsible for complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the passport was issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or the airline may not operate their flights from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger; the Operator cannot be held liable in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, these passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle arising is the responsibility of the guests.                    
• The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when it deems necessary, and the Operator has no responsibility regarding a passenger's failure to obtain a visa. The Operator only undertakes the role of an intermediary agency. For individual visa applications, the Operator has no sanctions or responsibility. Consumers register for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When the Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate in a visa application, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or any such issue that could prevent the flight.
• The documents needed by our passengers applying for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally take 1 business day to obtain. Guests must schedule their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for any possible problems.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot take part in the relevant tour, no refund of the visa fee and service fee will be made. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa department, and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest may, after presenting the passport proving the visa was not used within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date, receive a refund of the remaining amount excluding fees paid to consulates and similar amounts for the visa. If the guest obtained the visa through their own means and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary firm, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Changes in routes may occur depending on the city where the aircraft lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These situations are notified at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. In triple rooms, an extra bed is used, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; where hotels have a suitable room, blocking is done by the hotel depending on availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at hotels is a continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. A continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number as they appear on the passport to be traveled with must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellations or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether or not our guests obtain it from the Operator, they must have international travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of a penalty for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility lies with our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry into certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this is outside the Operator's control, all parties accept that the Operator bears no responsibility in such a situation.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in visits made along the route for the group's economic and time benefit agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. Upon the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be held on different days without changing their content, or may not take place depending on the weather. In such a case, the Operator is obliged to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative. Extra tours are organized subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If a sufficient number of participants cannot be reached, extra tours may not take place or prices may change.
• Tours or trips that local authorities do not permit to be visited or gone to for any reason will not be carried out. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the failure to carry out such trips or tours.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats, and the round-trip is issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be cancelled as well. In such cases, the airline's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by individuals. In case a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket (round-trip if necessary, per the previous article) at their own expense. Additionally, since the guest missed the group's outbound flight, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a different flight from the group, transfers from airport to city or airport to hotel are the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may only do so after the tickets have been issued, provided the relevant airline has availability on the relevant flight. Since the airline seats in our programs are from the group class, before upgrading to the desired ticket when seats are available, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount determined by the airline to move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. In this case, the resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls. 
• When leaving the transportation vehicles you use or the hotels where you stay during your trip, even briefly or completely, please make sure you have collected all your belongings. 
• The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown without disrupting the content of the program when force majeure occurs or when it deems necessary.
• The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names provided the category remains the same.
• The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent letter from their father, if traveling with their father from their mother, and if traveling with a third person from both parents. The Operator cannot be held liable if the flight does not take place due to lack of a consent letter.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
