IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the Advantageous Travel package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours on the condition that the content remains the same.
• In cases where the tour program only states the category without naming the hotel(s) and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Our programs include a guide greeting at the arrival area; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, the guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km. In such a case, information will be provided by the Operator 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of at most 2-3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from within the vehicle, and do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites. 
• The Operator is not responsible for the cancellation of panoramic tours and other tours stated in the program if, on the day and time of the tour, places to be visited are closed by local authorities, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible, at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program stated at the time of reservation and the general conditions and obligations below must be communicated to guests. The Operator is not responsible for complaints arising within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passport if its issue date is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the destination country and/or the airline may not carry out their flights from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger; the Operator cannot assume any responsibility.
• Due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle arising is the responsibility of the guests.                    
• The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when it deems necessary; the Operator has no responsibility regarding a passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The Operator acts only as an intermediary agency. The Operator has no sanctions or responsibility for individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When the Operator applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect entry on the visa or for any situation that may prevent the flight.
• Obtaining the documents needed by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must plan their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for possible problems.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, no refund of the visa fee or service fee will be made. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa department, and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the remaining amount, excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, after presenting their passport showing that the visa was not used within 1 week at the latest from the visa end date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary firm, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. Changes in aircraft type and schedule are possible, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These situations are communicated at the time of contract and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. In triple rooms, an extra bed is provided, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it depending on availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at hotels is a continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. A continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown on the passport to be traveled with must be reported and entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for cancellations or changes to plane tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether or not obtained from the Operator, our guests must have travel and health insurance valid from one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In the event of encountering such a fine for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility lies with our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry or exit to certain countries may result in inability to obtain a visa for another country or inability to enter through a border gate. Since this is outside the Operator's control, the parties accept that the Operator has no responsibility in such a situation.
• Guests who do not wish to take part in tours made on the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are tours organized to introduce cities. City tours and extra tours may be held on different days without changing their content, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, the Operator is obliged to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If a sufficient majority cannot be reached, extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
• Tours or excursions that are not permitted to be visited or gone to by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The rules of the airline apply in such cases.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by individuals. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (round-trip if necessary, per the previous article). Additionally, since the guest may have missed the group's outbound flight, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfers are the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their plane tickets using miles may only perform the upgrade after their tickets have been issued, if availability exists on the relevant flight of the airline. Since seats on our programs are in the group class, before upgrading to the desired ticket when availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference set by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. In this case, the resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls/receiving calls. 
• When leaving transportation vehicles used during your trip or hotels where you stayed, even briefly or completely, please make sure you have collected all your belongings. 
• The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
• The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent letter from their father, if traveling with their father from their mother, and if traveling with a third person, from both their mother and father. The Operator cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to lack of a consent letter.
• The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
