IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the Advantageous Travel package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. If fewer than 10 participants attend, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours on condition that the content remains the same.
• In cases where the tour program only states the category without naming the hotel(s) and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Our programs include guide assistance at the arrival area; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of at most 2-3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities, conducted panoramically from within the vehicle with guide commentary, and not including entrance to museums or archaeological sites.
• The Operator is not responsible for the cancellation of panoramic tours and other tours stated in the program when the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, when roads on the route are closed due to any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot, where possible, at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program stated at the time of booking must be communicated to guests together with the general conditions and obligations below. The Operator is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of this information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passport if its issue date is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or the airline may not operate their flights from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger; the Operator cannot assume any responsibility.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country being visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, these passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle arising is the responsibility of the guests.
• The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when it deems necessary; the Operator has no responsibility regarding the passenger failing to obtain a visa. The Operator only undertakes the role of intermediary agency. For individual visa applications, the Operator has no sanctions or responsibility. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When the Operator applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or any such situation that could prevent the flight.
• The documents required by passengers applying for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally take 1 business day to obtain. Our guests must take this period into account when setting their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for any possible problems.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, no refund of the visa fee and service fee will be made. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa department, and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the remaining amount, excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, after presenting their passport showing they have not used the visa, no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. Changes in aircraft type and timing are possible, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations are announced at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASES THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; where hotels have a suitable room, blocking is made by the hotel depending on availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During booking/registration, the first name, surname, date of birth and passport number as written on the passport to be traveled with must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for cancellations or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether or not guests obtain travel and health insurance from the Operator, they are obliged to have an international travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In the event of encountering such a penalty for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility lies with our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering or exiting certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this is outside the Operator's control, all parties accept that the Operator has no responsibility in such a situation.
• For guests who do not wish to join extra visits made along the route for the economic and time benefit of the group, they agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are tours organized to introduce cities. City tours and extra tours may be held on different days without changing their content, or may not take place depending on the weather. In such a case, the Operator is obliged to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative. Extra tours are organized subject to a minimum of 20 participants. If a sufficient majority cannot be reached, extra tours may not take place or prices may change.
• Tours or excursions that are not permitted to be visited or gone to by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the failure to conduct such excursions or tours.
• Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be cancelled. In such cases, the rules of the airline apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These must be followed by individuals. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket themselves (round-trip if necessary, according to the previous article). Additionally, the guest may partially or completely miss the first day's program due to missing the group's outbound flight; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if travel to the relevant city/country is made by a different flight than the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may only carry out upgrade procedures after the tickets have been issued, provided that seats are available on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are group class, it may be necessary, before upgrading the desired ticket if availability exists, to pay the difference amount determined by the airline and upgrade the ticket from group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. In this case, the resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to international calls/receiving calls.
• During your journey, when leaving the transport vehicles you used or the hotels you stayed at, even for a short time or permanently, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings.
• The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown without disrupting the content of the program, when force majeure circumstances arise or when deemed necessary.
• The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names provided the category remains the same.
• The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent letter from their father, if traveling with their father from their mother, and if traveling with a third person from both their mother and father. The Operator cannot be held responsible if a flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
• The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
