IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the Advantageous Travel package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of participation below 10 people, tour prices may change or they may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours on condition that the content remains the same.
• In cases where the tour program only states the category without naming the hotel(s) and/or where there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Our programs include a guide greeting at the arrival area; the guidance service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guidance service will also be purchased. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by the Operator 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of at most 2-3 hours organized for the general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, not including museum or archaeological site entrances. 
• The Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct panoramic tours and other tours stated in the program due to closure of places to be visited by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, closure of roads on the route due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program stated at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general conditions and obligations below. The Operator is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the issue date of their passport is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger; the Operator cannot assume any responsibility.
• Due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited, the said passports must be renewed and, if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle arising is the responsibility of the guests.
• The Operator acts as an intermediary between the Passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when it deems necessary; the Operator has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The Operator only undertakes the role of intermediary agency. In personal visa applications, the Operator has no sanctions or responsibility. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When the Operator applies for a visa as an intermediary between the Passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa and this situation that may prevent the flight.
• The documents required by passengers applying for their own visas (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.) normally take 1 business day to obtain. Our guests must take this period into account and arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for possible problems.
• In case the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, no refund of the visa fee and service fee will be made. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa department, and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the remaining amount, excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, after presenting their passport showing they have not used the visa within 1 week at the latest from the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained the visa by their own means and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These situations are announced at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In triple rooms, the extra bed is an additional bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it depending on availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at hotels is a continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name, surname, date of birth and passport number as written in the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for cancellations or changes of plane tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether or not our guests obtain it from the Operator, they are obliged to have an international travel and health insurance that starts at least one day before the tour date and ends at least one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case a guest encounters such a fine for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility lies with the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering or exiting certain countries may result in inability to obtain a visa for another country or inability to enter via a border gate. Since this is outside the Operator's control, all parties accept that the Operator has no responsibility in such situations.
• Tours made along the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group: guests who do not wish to join the extra tours on the route agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are tours organized to introduce cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days without changing their content, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, the Operator is obliged to offer you, our dear guests, the most suitable alternative. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If a sufficient majority cannot be achieved, extra tours may not be held or the price may change.
• Tours or excursions that are not permitted to be visited or gone to by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or excursions.
• The airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round trips are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be cancelled. In that case, the rules of the airline apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. These must be followed by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket (round trip if necessary, according to the previous article) at their own expense. Furthermore, since they missed the group's departure, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program; responsibility lies with the guest. Additionally, if traveling to the relevant city/country on a different flight from the group, transfer from airport to city or airport to hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their plane tickets with miles may only carry out upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount determined by the airline and have the ticket moved from group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. In this case, the resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• To use your mobile phone abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls. 
• When leaving transportation vehicles used or hotels stayed in during your trip, even briefly or completely, please make sure you have collected all your belongings. 
• The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown, without disrupting the program content, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
• The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent letter from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; if traveling with a third person, from both their mother and father. The Operator cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to lack of a consent letter.
• The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
